Atmusphere JA is a mini company created in the frame of the project L’empresa solidària driven by the Foundation Junior Achievement and l’Obra Social de La Caixa. Six students of first of batxillerat of The Salle Reus have formed a team to take part of it.
The six emprenedors have made the following tasks: choose the product, make the business plan , look for the capital by means of the sale of actions, make the market study, produce the product in the own school, develop the marketing strategy and make the sale actions.
Besides , the mini company pays taxes, wages to the workers and commissions for sales. They bring the accountancy and are audited. The last week, Atmusphere will close his operations and will clear the actions with the corresponding dividend. Part of the business profits will be given at the end of the project to PROIDE.
The same program gives the opportunity to Atmusphere to make commercial relations and conventions for collaboration with other mini companies at European level.
Finalized the project, the final report will be send to the Foundation Junior Achievement ,in order that it values our project for being able to pass to the next part of the contest.
The mini company counts with the collaboration of the teacher Pili Salvadó and with three volunteers that works at La Caixa de Pensions.
